He is known for his solution-based approach to retail real estate with unparalleled market analysis, strategic planning, and representation.

Chris has represented big box retailers in a multi-year & multi-state expansion, fast casual market penetration and rollout, restaurant group concept growth and implementation, fashion and specialty mall, and street retail expansion.

His broad experience across multiple retail categories allows him to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored strategies for each client. He brings a strategic, results-driven mindset to every assignment and is deeply committed to helping retailers and landlords achieve long-term success.

Justin brings extensive experience in retail real estate, having worked for notable mall landlords Brookfield Properties (currently GGP) and PREIT over 10 years. His background includes leasing regional shopping malls in Michigan, Maryland, and Pennsylvania as well as representing national tenants in expansion mode, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both sides of the deal.

He specializes in retail expansion and site selection, helping brands identify and secure high-performing locations across the country. While his core expertise is in retail leasing, he also provides high-level brokerage services throughout Michigan, advising clients on strategic real estate decisions.
